What you will do

  • Define and maintain the enterprise Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap.
  • Establish platform guardrails, design principles, and reusable patterns to reduce customization sprawl.
  • Lead architecture reviews and guide delivery teams to ensure consistency across domains.
  • Define integration patterns between Salesforce and finance, product, and CX systems.
  • Embed AI capabilities like Einstein and CDP-driven signals into core Salesforce workflows.
  • Drive platform rationalization to eliminate redundant functionality and technical debt.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems architecture, specifically with the Salesforce platform.
  • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide architectural decisions.
  • Experience with revenue operations, customer lifecycle, and AI-enabled workflows.
