What you will do

• Provide high-level technical consulting for executive-level decision makers on hirify.global product integrations.
• Design and deploy integrations across telephony, web conferencing, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
• Lead customer discovery and design workshops, conducted either onsite or remotely.
• Execute and guide complex data migrations from competitive solutions to the hirify.global platform.
• Produce detailed technical design documentation and resolve high-profile customer escalations.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure integrations comply with internal IT governance policies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in system, technical, or solution architecture within Cloud or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with RESTful and JSON API implementation and integration approaches.
• Strong architecture knowledge of major CRMs (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, or Dynamics).
• Experience with SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
• Based in or able to work from Austin, Chicago, NYC, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
• Bachelor's Degree and willingness to travel.
