• Influence senior stakeholders to ensure the optimal solution and realization of benefits.
• Define business cases, project scope, and oversee test execution and status reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in a comparable change management or project role.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of driving solutions and tangible benefits delivery.
• Extensive leadership experience on large-scale programs, including conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
