What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of medium to large-scale GenAI innovation and optimization projects, ensuring they are well-governed and delivered.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from initial problem space and discovery through to pilot execution and business handover for scaling.
• Collaborate with business leaders, data engineers, and change specialists to resolve delivery issues at pace.
• Establish and maintain clear project gates, delivery plans, resource assumptions, and risk management frameworks.
• Support rapid experimentation while maintaining project rigour with a focus on business readiness and adoption.
• Align project delivery with wider programme priorities and sustainable business change.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading complex innovation projects in large organizations from problem definition to pilot delivery.
• Ability to balance pace, rigour, and risk in initiatives involving new technologies or organizational change.
• Proven track record of creating collaborative delivery environments that support learning and continuous improvement.
• Expert project management skills, including planning, governance, and resource oversight within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to articulate complex delivery issues and stakeholder viewpoints.

• Experience working in environments involving emerging technologies or innovation hubs.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including data science, change management, and business process redesign.
