What you will do

• Assist managers in leading the workflow between developers, designers, and other team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, elicit, and document clear business requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases, ensuring solutions align with business needs and technological capabilities.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, communicating requirements and expectations effectively.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Assist in defining test cases, support QA teams, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prioritize requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and project constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, router management systems, and ERP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and modeling tools.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
