TL;DR

Revenue Operations (Salesforce): Optimizing the GTM operating backbone by improving automation, data quality, and revenue workflows across Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success with an accent on Salesforce configuration and scalable system architecture. Focus on designing durable fixes for complex CRM issues and reducing operational friction as the company scales.

Location: Remote (Europe). Must be based in one of the listed European countries or be eligible for a German visa.

What you will do

  • Own hands-on Salesforce configuration and automation using Flows, validation rules, and permissions.
  • Optimize GTM workflows for lead routing, opportunity management, and forecasting hygiene.
  • Troubleshoot end-to-end system issues and implement durable, scalable fixes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into pragmatic technical requirements.
  • Support Partner and Customer Success Operations with scalable deal motions and reporting.
  • Improve data governance and operational visibility through better schema design.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience owning Salesforce configuration and automation.
  • Deep understanding of GTM workflows and how CRM design impacts pipeline execution.
  • Ability to diagnose ambiguous problems and design scalable solutions with clear trade-offs.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills to translate business asks into requirements.
  • Disciplined approach to documentation to reduce single points of failure.
  • Must have existing right to work in the listed European countries or be eligible for a German visa.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Partner or Customer Success Operations.
  • Knowledge of GTM tool integrations and data sync patterns.
  • Expertise in reporting foundations and data governance.
  • Curiosity or experience with AI-assisted systems building.
