TL;DR
Commercial Operations Analyst (SaaS): Driving deal quality, velocity, and commercial discipline within the Revenue Architecture & Operations team with an accent on CPQ process optimization and cross-functional governance. Focus on eliminating friction across the deal lifecycle, enforcing pricing policies, and ensuring end-to-end revenue process excellence.
Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work within the European region (Hybrid/Remote flexibility available).

What you will do
- Manage daily Deal Desk operations, including quote reviews, pricing support, and approval case management.
- Own and optimize CPQ workflows, validations, and guardrails to reduce deal cycle friction.
- Design and enforce multi-level approval processes, discount tiers, and commercial policy documentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and GTM Engineering to streamline revenue processes and handoffs.
- Monitor deal quality patterns and process compliance to drive systemic improvements.
- Support packaging and pricing operationalization within Salesforce CPQ.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, specifically with the quote object, approval processes, and CPQ.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) for international stakeholder communication.
- Analytical mindset with experience in commercial reporting, deal analytics, and process mapping.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS commercial models, subscription pricing, and multi-year deal structures.
