What you will do
- Own and maintain HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub configurations, including users, roles, and permissions.
- Audit and optimize existing workflows, sequences, and pipelines to ensure performance and data hygiene.
- Translate strategic GTM requirements from Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, funnel conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Administer integrations between HubSpot and other tools in the GTM tech stack.
- Provide primary support, troubleshooting, and training for HubSpot users across the organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
- HubSpot CRM Admin or Marketing certification.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and lead lifecycles.
- Proficiency in building complex automation and custom HubSpot reporting.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in Amsterdam for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Experience in a Sales Operations or RevOps function.
- Experience syncing data between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Segment or Google Tag Manager.
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools such as Looker or DOMO.
