Contract Talent Coordinator

Location: Hybrid in NYC or the SF Bay Area

hirify.global develops foundation models for molecular AI and the GEMS platform to generate and optimize drug molecules.

What you will do

• Support the candidate experience from interview scheduling through onboarding.
• Own end-to-end scheduling for ongoing and opportunistic hiring needs.
• Coordinate on-site interviews and candidate visits, including travel logistics and day-of support.
• Liaise with executive administrators to connect candidates with leadership.
• Use Ashby and other recruiting tools to streamline processes.
• Manage candidate and hiring-partner communications, inquiries, and confidential data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition operations; 2–3 years preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing multiple scheduling or customer needs with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

• Experience in a fast-paced technology company.
