Project Engineering Manager (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal projects.
• Manage execution of traditional, design-build, and collaborative delivery projects, including treatment facilities and underground conveyance.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations following standard methods and principles.
• Mentor and supervise engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities.
• Interface with clients to align project goals, communicate concerns, and manage project changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Coral Springs, FL; Guaynabo, PR; or Orlando, FL.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• PE license.
• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
