What you will do

  • Architect and own a strategic vendor governance program, including segmentation models, scorecards, and QBR cycles.
  • Lead the implementation of a structured contingent workforce program (VMS/MSP) to manage staffing and consulting spend.
  • Manage the contract renewal pipeline as a strategic asset, conducting utilization and entitlement reviews.
  • Drive spend compliance and demand management by partnering with Finance, IT, and AI/Automation teams.
  • Define supplier qualification criteria and oversee the onboarding process for the company's ecosystem.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and CFO-facing dashboards to translate procurement data into business narratives.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in procurement or vendor management within high-growth tech, SaaS, or health tech environments.
  • Proven track record of designing and leading supplier governance programs (QBRs, scorecards).
  • Proficiency in Coupa or a comparable P2P/CLM platform.
  • Strong analytical skills for synthesizing spend data and license utilization reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the US (this position is not eligible for employment sponsorship).

Nice to have

  • Experience with VMS/MSP platforms or contingent workforce program management.
  • Background in procurement transformation or operating model redesign within scaling organizations.
  • CPM, CPSM, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience building executive-facing spend reporting for CFO or board-level presentations.
