What you will do

  • Design and own supplier governance programs, including segmentation, scorecards, QBRs, SLA tracking, action plans, and renewal decisions.
  • Lead the implementation and governance of the contingent workforce VMS/MSP program across consulting and staffing spend.
  • Manage the contract renewal pipeline using utilization, performance, market benchmark, and entitlement data.
  • Drive spend compliance, demand management, license utilization reviews, and category rationalization across technology, operations, and consulting.
  • Define supplier qualification, activation, onboarding, risk, compliance, and insurance controls.
  • Prepare executive procurement reporting and CFO-facing dashboards covering spend trends, savings, risk, and program performance.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management within technology, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven experience building supplier governance programs with QBRs, scorecards, performance frameworks, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with Coupa or a comparable P2P/CLM platform is required.
  • Strong analytical ability across spend data, license utilization, contract metadata, and executive dashboards.
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills across Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and business units.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with VMS/MSP platforms, contingent workforce programs, co-employment risk, or staffing category management.
  • Familiarity with Spendhound, Concur, or similar spend intelligence tools.
  • CPM, CPSM, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Experience leading procurement transformations, operating model redesigns, or function build-outs.
  • Experience preparing CFO- or board-level procurement reporting.
