What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal projects.
• Manage project budgets, scheduling, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff to support their professional growth.
• Interface with clients to identify key interests and resolve technical concerns.
• Oversee the collection of data and development of equipment and material recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership for complex water and wastewater treatment projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• PE license (preferred).
• Must be based in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Previous engineering consulting experience.
• Experience executing complex multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
