TL;DR

Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing): Designing and implementing manufacturing processes for New Product Development (NPD) projects with an accent on process improvement and operational excellence. Focus on driving Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, managing large-scale capital projects, and optimizing plant layouts for increased productivity.

Location: Onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI (may support projects in Germantown, WI)

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement complex process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop strategic plans for manufacturing processes, capital investments, and NPD projects.
  • Drive implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage large-scale capital projects, including budgeting, procurement, installation, and start-up.
  • Design plant layouts to improve material flow, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to align processes with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant and progressive manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Experience with standard New Product Development (NPD) processes and deliverables.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean fundamentals and managing capital projects.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated Six Sigma problem solving project work.
  • Familiarity with CAD software.
