Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA or Washington DC (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Own growth strategy and product roadmap for USA to South East Asia corridors.
  • Drive core metrics including new customers, transaction volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to define requirements and ship SEA-specific features.
  • Lead the marketing agenda for diaspora audiences in partnership with marketing teams.
  • Run rapid experiments across product, pricing, and marketing to identify and scale growth opportunities.
  • Communicate corridor performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience with product leadership in a technology-driven company.
  • Proven track record building and scaling B2C or FinTech products, ideally in money movement.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Seattle or Washington DC offices.

Nice to have

  • Deep understanding of South East Asian migrant communities in the US.
  • Experience driving growth via acquisition marketing, promotions, or CRM lifecycle.
