TL;DR
New Business Account Executive (Sales): Own the sales cycle from prospect to purchase, winning new business by targeting the right stakeholders, educating customers on , and building trust at every step. Salary: CAD 134,000 - 167,500 (OTE)

What you will do
- Win new business by identifying the right contacts at prospective customers and guiding them to successful adoption of .
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closed-won deals, earning customer trust at every step.
- Analyze market landscapes and customer trends to inform sales campaigns and run fast experiments.
- Prospect and source about one-third of your own pipeline in addition to assigned inbound leads.
- Travel to or organize local events and attend industry events to evangelize .
- Manage pipeline, activities, and forecasting in Gong and Salesforce, supporting customers across all time zones.
Requirements
- Based in Vancouver and able to work hybrid (3 days/week in-office).
- 1+ years of prospecting or closing experience in door-to-door or in-person sales roles.
- Experience self-sourcing opportunities and multi-threading with senior technical buyers (e.g., VP Engineering, CTO, Head of Platform, CISO).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Technical background or strong curiosity about technology.
- Proactive lead-to-close mindset and ability to build a sales playbook.
