What you will do
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound trial users, converting them into paid subscribers or scheduling demos.
- Make 50-70+ outbound calls daily to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records and update Salesforce to track outreach and follow-ups.
- Leverage sales tools like Outreach, Zoom, Vidyard, and Salesforce to connect with prospects.
- Qualify and prioritize leads for seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work with offices in Saskatoon and Toronto, Canada.
- 1+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience with proven ability to engage and convert prospects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience in the restaurant or tech industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
