TL;DR
Business Development Manager (Vancouver): Owning the full sales cycle and bringing in new business with an accent on achieving sales targets and building lasting partnerships. Focus on territory-based qualifying, outreach, and conducting product demonstrations to align solutions with client needs.
Location: On-site in Vancouver, Canada. This is a field-based role.
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 a year

What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets by bringing in new business opportunities.
- Conduct territory-based qualifying and outreach via phone, email & social touches.
- Perform discovery calls and product demonstrations to recommend solutions.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close using CRM.
- Align solutions to partner needs and business objectives through cost-benefit analysis.
- Work closely with other departments and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with a track record of success.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and generate new leads.
- Strong organizational skills, including multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- Curious, adaptable, resilient, and proactive with a growth mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, excelling at building authentic relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Nice to have
- Fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Punjabi).
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Background in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
