What you will do
- Achieve sales targets by bringing in new business opportunities and building lasting partnerships.
- Conduct territory-based qualifying and outreach via phone, email & social touches.
- Perform discovery calls and product demonstrations to recommend product solutions.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to close, utilizing CRM for monitoring.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and serve as a lead point of contact for partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a 'hunter' mentality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious, adaptable, resilient, and proactive with a growth mindset.
- Excellent at building strong, authentic relationships through a friendly and empathetic approach.
Nice to have
- Fluency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin).
- Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
- Experience with SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
