TL;DR

Associate Strategic Development Manager (SaaS): Driving business growth within the Strategic Enterprise segment through outbound engagement and pipeline generation with an accent on complex sales cycles and executive-level communication. Focus on qualifying leads, managing multi-channel outreach campaigns, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to progress high-value deals.

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, ON. Employees within ~40 miles of a Hub office are required to work from the office 1-2 days a week.

Compensation: Base hourly rate of $31.21 CAD plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and strategic outreach campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct needs assessments to schedule demos for sales consultants.
  • Manage and coordinate open campaigns and sequences across email and phone channels.
  • Assist in sales collateral preparation and deal organization throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineering, Partnerships, and Product to support enterprise deals.
  • Maintain market awareness regarding new products, pricing, and payment plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SDR experience with a focus on calling into large accounts.
  • Proven expertise in working with complex, enterprise-level organizations.
  • Strong proficiency in presentation tools including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-focused enablement technologies like Salesforce and Gong.
