TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA) or Hybrid (Toronto, Canada)

Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 USD (Remote USA) / $125,000 - $155,000 CAD (Hybrid Toronto)

What you will do

  • Execute the vision, roadmap, and priorities for GTM training and enablement at both individual and leadership levels.
  • Implement and scale a comprehensive new hire GTM training and certification program to accelerate ramp times.
  • Develop foundational and continuous learning programs, including content creation and delivery of on-demand and instructor-led training.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to create role-specific training and new product release certifications.
  • Design and implement GTM processes, methodologies, and playbook initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of GTM learning solutions and revenue intelligence platforms like Salesloft, Avoma, and Gong.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of GTM training or revenue enablement experience.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and GTM Enablement solutions (Salesloft, Avoma, Gong).
  • Deep knowledge of GTM Methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders via indirect authority.
  • Must be based in the USA for remote work or in Toronto, Canada for the hybrid role.
  • English: C1+ required

Nice to have

  • Revenue enablement experience within SaaS or Gov-Tech organizations.
