What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive revenue growth and platform retention.
- Analyze account reports and execute strategic plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Implement a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to maintain engagement and reduce churn.
- Conduct face-to-face and video meetings to foster strong partner relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- 2-3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle from onboarding to long-term revenue generation.
- 2-3 years of experience selling into the SMB market.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Must be based in Montreal for full-time on-site work.
Nice to have
- Experience working within the SaaS industry.
- Experience with multi-selling various products simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot.
