What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive revenue growth and platform retention.
  • Analyze account reports and execute strategic plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Implement a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to maintain engagement and reduce churn.
  • Conduct face-to-face and video meetings to foster strong partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Account Management experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing the full sales cycle from onboarding to long-term revenue generation.
  • 2-3 years of experience selling into the SMB market.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Must be based in Montreal for full-time on-site work.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with multi-selling various products simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot.
