TL;DR

Principal Product Marketing Manager (Fintech): Owning the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and execution for core remittance products across EMEA and APAC regions with an accent on regional narratives and customer insights. Focus on driving adoption through AI-native workflows, integrated campaign leadership, and bridging the gap between strategic direction and executional delivery.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) — 2-3 days per week in the London office

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches for new features and experiences across EMEA and APAC.
  • Develop and steward strategic positioning and messaging for core audiences to drive adoption and preference.
  • Drive integrated campaign leadership, partnering with Marketing, Product, and Pricing teams from brief to execution.
  • Conduct deep analysis of financial behaviors and unmet needs of regional audiences to inform campaign strategy.
  • Provide leadership with market intelligence and recommendations to shape broader product decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a data-driven B2C product company with a track record of owning GTM strategy.
  • Proven experience launching products across diverse international markets, specifically in EMEA or APAC.
  • AI-native approach: Daily use of AI tools to accelerate research, sharpen briefs, and scale execution.
  • Exceptional skills in creating sharp, differentiated positioning and messaging narratives.
  • Strong analytical foundation with ability to interrogate unit economics, cohort data, and funnel metrics.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Creative) without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or other similarly regulated consumer categories.
