What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and support of the ServiceNow core ERP and related software.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement digital platform capabilities supporting strategic objectives.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a global technical team tasked with configuring and supporting the platform.
• Ensure platform health and security through timely patching, upgrades, QA, and change management.
• Lead initiatives to enhance platform functionality and promote operational efficiency.
• Develop support playbooks with repeatable processes and execute proactive performance reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management Information Systems or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including implementation, development, and configuration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architect.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing global delivery teams and offshore resources for 24/7 operations.
• Proficiency in glide scripting, JavaScript, and ability to interpret complex developer code.
• Strong experience with ITSM, CSM, Workspace, CMDB, and Domain Separation.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of designing scalable workflows and optimizing asset management processes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other ITSM tools and enterprise applications.
• Experience implementing governance models and continuous improvement frameworks.
