What you will do

• Lead technical design sessions with customers, Product Owners, and Architects.
• Translate business requirements into secure and scalable system designs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to assess feasibility, risks, and priorities.
• Optimize development methodologies, engineering practices, and automation.
• Mentor Architects and Developers to enhance overall team technical capability.
• Perform code reviews to ensure architectural alignment, security, and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in application engineering and enterprise software development.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams and mentoring talent.
• Expertise in Azure cloud architecture.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Herndon, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
