Salary: $151,200 – $235,200 USD (varies by location).

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end discovery experience across search, browse, and live feed surfaces.
• Define the product roadmap for recommendations and ranking to improve viewer retention.
• Partner with applied scientists and ML engineers to translate viewer needs into technical requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution with design, data science, and engineering teams.
• Drive product strategy through experimentation, data analysis, and customer insights.
• Act as the primary voice of the viewer to align roadmaps across multiple product surfaces.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with discovery, search, recommendations, or ML-powered consumer products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data trends and experiments.
• Proven history of shipping products through experimentation and measuring impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global ecosystem and streaming industry.
• Experience defining requirements for ranking, relevance, or personalization models.
• Proficiency in SQL and experimentation tools.
