What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of creator goals and competitive positioning.
• Identify and reinforce the first-mile actions that lead to creator traction.
• Define activation and retention metrics while building measurement frameworks.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship iterative improvements to onboarding funnels.
• Drive go-to-market strategy and product storytelling for activation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activation strategy with company goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools.
• Experience running experiments and optimizing activation or onboarding funnels.
• Deep experience with software design and balancing ease of use with flexibility.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write compelling strategy documentation.
• Ability to operate effectively across all levels of product strategy and execution.
