What you will do

• Become an expert on the hirify.global product and members; identify opportunities to innovate around new fan experiences.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Build a member-centric, data-informed roadmap for the product area you own.
• Ensure experiences are flexible, scalable, and intuitive across web and app.
• Collaborate with senior product managers, engineers, designers, and data scientists to define, build, and iterate on user-facing features.
• Work with key stakeholders including UX, Creative, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of building products customers love and taking products from MVP to future iterations.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, clearly defining use cases.
• Strong ability to synthesize cross-functional input (legal, CX, engineering, design).
• Experience building mobile apps (Apple and Android app stores).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required; hirify.global cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Salary: $140,000–$170,000
