TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving the full sales cycle for commercial accounts to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships with an accent on high-velocity sales and autonomous pentesting value articulation. Focus on managing complex pipelines, executing POVs, and partnering with MSP/MSSP channel ecosystems.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois

Salary: $130k - $150k OTE

A fast-growing cybersecurity company providing autonomous pentesting and attacker-centric validation through its NodeZero platform.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing for commercial accounts.
  • Generate new business via outbound efforts and partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Handle high-velocity sales cycles, managing 20–60 opportunities simultaneously.
  • Deliver product demos and articulate the value of autonomous pentesting to technical and business personas.
  • Collaborate with MSP/MSSP and VAR channel teams to expand the partner-led pipeline.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of closing experience in SaaS, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Previous experience as an SDR with strong outbound fundamentals.
  • Experience selling to IT, SecOps, and technical buyers.
  • Proven track record in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Proficiency in qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC, SPICED, or Challenger.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Chicago, Illinois.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MSP/MSSP ecosystems or partner-led sales motions.
