What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Machine Operators across production shifts.
• Oversee plating robot operations to ensure accurate portioning, ingredient placement, and build quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized production environment in full compliance with food safety standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point to diagnose and resolve mechanical or operational issues in real time.
• Manage machine setup and ensure smooth changeovers between different recipes and SKUs.
• Lead root cause analysis on recurring errors to drive corrective actions and system improvements.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in food production, manufacturing, or automated systems.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Deep comfort with machinery and the ability to diagnose operational issues confidently.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required for effective team communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work variable shifts.
