Salary: $67,480 - $101,200

What you will do

• Manage and ensure the safety of a production team of 15-50 members per shift.
• Oversee daily production schedules to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements in safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide training and performance guidance to team members to ensure effective operations.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and safety programs including lock-out/tag-out and PPE requirements.
• Assist with sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food-safe environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates degree, or 4+ years of relevant industry/supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Ability to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends, day, swing, and grave shifts.
• Physical ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
