Salary: $164,900 - $236,000 (varies by region)

What you will do

• Translate company strategy into annual direction, enterprise priorities, and execution frameworks in partnership with the executive team.
• Lead the end-to-end annual planning process and drive quarterly OKR reviews to ensure focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Design and manage the company's operating rhythms, including business performance checkpoints and executive forums.
• Build AI-native planning infrastructure to power the portfolio management and planning model.
• Serve as the primary integrator across Product, GTM, Finance, and Operations to resolve misalignments and clarify ownership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing planning and operations team with a culture of rigor and speed.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in strategy consulting (MBB preferred) or corporate strategy with direct ownership of enterprise planning.
• Proven ability to design and run operating systems from scratch in high-growth environments.
• AI-fluency with the ability to build scalable planning tools and accelerate analysis.
• Experience working with C-suite executives on portfolio management and resource allocation.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills to drive alignment without positional authority.
