What you will do

• Lead all CSA construction activities throughout the project lifecycle from groundbreaking to handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk for all CSA work packages.
• Oversee earthwork, foundations, structural steel erection, and building envelope systems.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure design alignment.
• Monitor productivity, review change orders, and implement value engineering initiatives.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and project standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience managing CSA scopes on large-scale industrial or data center projects.
• Proven success delivering at least one project exceeding $200M in construction value.
• Proficiency in construction management tools including Procore, Primavera P6, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery models and risk management.
• Ability to work onsite in Afton, TX.
