What you will do

• Lead and manage low voltage projects for data centers from design through construction completion.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement of BMS materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project turnover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in building management systems or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in the mission-critical or data center industry.
• Advanced knowledge of low voltage systems, including structured cabling, access control, and CCTV.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
