What you will do

• Lead all on-site labor, subcontractors, and construction activities from mobilization through turnover.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate daily field operations, including manpower planning, equipment logistics, and material sequencing.
• Enforce safety standards in alignment with HSE policies to maintain a zero-incident culture.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure accurate field execution.
• Manage construction budgets from preconstruction through closeout, tracking expenditures and forecasting costs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Direct experience managing subcontractors across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical trades.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings and MEP/architectural specifications.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of OSHA 30 safety regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work from Houston, TX with an 80% travel expectation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility construction.
• Familiarity with commissioning processes and handoff protocols for critical infrastructure.
• OSHA 30 certification or higher.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms.
• Background in fast-paced, high-growth development environments.
