What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated delivery schedules for new site developments, construction, and energy projects.
• Integrate internal and external workstream schedules into a single cohesive project framework.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule variance reporting, including Monte Carlo risk scenarios.
• Review and coordinate schedules with prime contractors, utility providers, and design teams.
• Define project activities, durations, logic, and resource loading requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of scheduling business processes and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a relevant discipline.
• 6+ years of professional experience in construction scheduling.
• Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Ability to interpret complex construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility projects.
• Extensive experience with ProCore and PowerBI.
• Experience creating schedule risk matrices and applying Monte Carlo analysis.
