What you will do

• Act as the senior construction representative managing relationships with contractors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and trade partners to ensure seamless communication between field teams and engineering disciplines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality delivery, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Create and align construction schedules with broader infrastructure and AI supercomputing goals.
• Manage change orders and identify value-engineered solutions to control costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, specifically data centers or industrial infrastructure.
• Proven ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Demonstrated success leading on-site construction teams and building trust with technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing and background checks.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or advanced engineering credentials.
• Familiarity with Memphis/Shelby County building codes and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with construction management tools like Procore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam.
• Experience with MEP systems, structural works, or hyperscale construction.
