What you will do

  • Manage quote-to-order workflows across CRM, CPQ, and licensing tools to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to current operational processes and policies.
  • Develop custom data extracts and reports from ERP, CRM, and service management systems.
  • Resolve complex internal and external customer issues related to transactions and data.
  • Coordinate with business and technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements.
  • Conduct training and live demo sessions for team members and cross-functional users.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico to support the hybrid work model.
  • Strong knowledge of the quote-to-cash process.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work extended hours during high-volume peak periods (especially end of quarters).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Quick ability to master new software to a super-user level.

Nice to have

  • Experience documenting and standardizing operational processes (SOPs, knowledge articles).
  • Background in Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or Customer Service Operations.
