What you will do

• Establish and scale PMO governance to ensure consistent execution across electrical launch programs.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between manufacturing engineering, software, and vehicle teams for system integration.
• Standardize program execution and reporting using dashboards, KPIs, and escalation frameworks.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide insights on program health, trade-offs, and strategic risks.
• Drive a portfolio of initiatives from early development through deployment and steady-state production.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting quality, timing, and manufacturing performance across plants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, manufacturing operations, or launch execution in high-volume environments.
• Experience supporting manufacturing execution across development, deployment, or production environments.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing systems, product development, or software-enabled solutions.
• Strong expertise in PMO frameworks and structured program execution within global organizations.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Must be able to work onsite in Warren, MI.

Nice to have

• Experience building or transforming PMO organizations and governance models.
• Familiarity with SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) programs or software-enabled vehicle systems.
• Experience operating in global manufacturing environments supporting multiple plants.
• Strong executive communication skills for translating complex updates into concise messaging.
