What you will do

• Capture schematics and produce EPCAD layouts using Siemens Xpedition Enterprise.
• Develop power distribution circuit card assemblies meeting performance, thermal, and reliability targets.
• Define and trace system performance, interface, and environmental requirements throughout the design lifecycle.
• Conduct trade-off studies to select optimal components, architectures, and manufacturing processes.
• Generate complete design data packages including BOMs, drawings, test plans, and verification results.
• Mentor junior engineers and synchronize designs with mechanical, software, and test teams.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in circuit card design, integration, and testing for power electronics.
• Proficiency with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or an equivalent tool for schematic capture.

Nice to have

• Experience with system power design and power distribution architecture.
• Knowledge of EMI grounding and isolation techniques.
• Familiarity with the MFC Design Assurance process.
• Understanding of environmental qualification testing (shock, vibration) for electronic assemblies.
