What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize cloud and server infrastructure supporting millions of plan members.
• Resolve infrastructure alerts and maintain SLA commitments to ensure high system availability.
• Execute server patching, OS upgrades, and participate in disaster recovery planning.
• Support software deployment activities to safely transition new solutions into production.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to administration teams, clients, and internal users.
• Create technical documentation and maintain the configuration management database (CMDB).

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, including work with ticketing systems.
• Strong proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid skills in PowerShell and other scripting languages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong fundamentals in server infrastructure management and a customer-service orientation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with deployment automation technologies.
• Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) or Microsoft Azure platforms.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
