Compensation: $42.95 - $75.16 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including reception, mail, and equipment maintenance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between corporate and regional offices for HR and accounting functions.
  • Coordinate regional calendars, conference room bookings, and project correspondence.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and assist with HR-related activities.
  • Process invoices, timesheets, and expense reports using internal financial systems.
  • Compose routine and complex documents while acting as a lead person for administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Houston, TX
  • 7+ years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with expense reporting and time tracking systems.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
