Technical Project/Program Management IV (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; travel required approximately 20% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead R&D and engineering program management for metal deposition service products across the MDP/ALD portfolio.
• Drive service product development process execution, readiness milestones, risk management, dependencies, and governance.
• Incorporate serviceability, reliability, field readiness, and lifecycle support requirements into product development cycles.
• Coordinate Digital Tool and Fleet Validation planning, deployment, and field adoption to support digital service innovation.
• Lead new product introduction, customer application understanding, sampling, field quality, and service product development activities.
• Communicate progress, risks, execution status, and decision needs to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Higher science or engineering degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or a related field; an MS or PhD is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in materials, deposition, plasma, semiconductor systems, or related equipment technologies.
• Strong expertise in PVD, CVD, and ALD, with semiconductor applications, service business, or installed-base service product experience preferred.
• Experience in program management, product lifecycle management, service product development, and new product introduction.
• Ability to translate customer and field needs, validation results, and service performance data into product and service requirements.
• Strong communication, prioritization, critical-thinking, and cross-functional execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Tool, Fleet Validation, AI, automation, predictive analytics, equipment health monitoring, or digital service deployment.
• Experience supporting advanced integrated process equipment or semiconductor installed-base service products.
