Technical Program Manager – Embedded Software (AI Hardware)

Location: Fully remote across the US and Canada

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 base

hirify.global is partnering with a well-funded AI hardware company developing high-performance, energy-efficient AI accelerators.

What you will do

• Own complex embedded software programs from development through bring-up and deployment.
• Align firmware, Linux driver, silicon, validation, compiler, and runtime teams.
• Manage the critical path and resolve technical dependencies before they affect schedules.
• Connect software milestones with pre-silicon development, tape-out, and bring-up.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams at the hardware/software boundary.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Strong experience with embedded software, firmware, or low-level systems.
• Experience delivering software alongside silicon or board-level milestones.
• Background with AI accelerators, GPUs, NPUs, DSPs, custom SoCs, or heterogeneous compute.
• Understanding of Linux drivers, firmware, FPGA or emulation, and hardware/software debugging.
• Experience in semiconductors, AI hardware, robotics, autonomous systems, or other hardware-software environments.
