Technical Hardware Program Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Holtsville, New York, or hybrid in Lincolnshire, Illinois with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

Salary: $138,800–$208,200 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive equal to 15% of base pay.

What you will do

• Lead complex hardware and software programs from concept through development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, governance, documentation, and lifecycle milestones.
• Coordinate Engineering, Testing, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing, Service, and external partners.
• Drive system integration across barcode scanning, computer vision, RFID, mobile printing, wireless communications, and AI-driven analytics.
• Plan proofs of concept, pilots, demonstrations, validation tests, releases, customer onboarding, and post-launch improvements.
• Define customer proof of value and ROI while supporting sales enablement, business cases, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience.
• Full life-cycle program management experience across hardware and software engineering solutions.
• Experience implementing Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with software development practices including Scaled Agile, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs, manage risks and budgets, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Ability to work onsite in Holtsville, New York, or in a hybrid arrangement from the Lincolnshire, Illinois office at least 3 days per week.
