Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager, NPI (Manufacturing)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $116,500–$155,000 annually, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead schedules and execution for new product introduction programs, from manufacturing preparation through production launch.
• Drive factory readiness and global site enablement across production, customer operations, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Develop launch plans, readiness reviews, production timelines, and manufacturing preparation activities for new products, platforms, and customers.
• Coordinate product development, engineering, production testing, materials, equipment, training, and documentation for pre-production and production builds.
• Lead risk assessments including DFM, DFT, and PFMEA activities, while identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.
• Resolve cross-functional technical issues, recover program schedules, and communicate risks, status, and issue resolution to working-level and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical, electrical, or industrial, plus 8+ years of technical program management experience in manufacturing; alternatively, a master’s degree and 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, hardware development processes, and product launches.
• Experience with continuous improvement or lean programs.
• Knowledge of server hardware, production testing, and firmware fundamentals.
• Ability to use problem-solving techniques to evaluate and propose solutions.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project.
