Account Director (Retail)

Account Director (Retail): Leading the sales cycle and strategic growth for large enterprise retail accounts to deploy AI products across business operations with an accent on customer experience, supply-chain, and merchandising. Focus on designing complex deal strategies, managing consumption revenue targets, and driving AI transformation for C-level executives in UKI & North.

Location: London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days in office). Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

• Manage key retail accounts and execute comprehensive strategic account plans.
• Lead large enterprise retail customers from initial consideration to successful AI deployment.
• Partner with research and solution engineering to build and execute complex customer programs.
• Own and forecast consumption revenue targets and analyze account metrics.
• Monitor the retail landscape across UKI & North to contribute to the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and finance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling PaaS and/or SaaS to large Retail, grocery, ecommerce, or CPG organizations across UKI & North.
• Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets exceeding $2M for 3+ years.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives.
• Deep understanding of Retail industry trends and AI transformation priorities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical AI concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK.
