Location: Must be based in Spain (Hybrid and Remote Work Model)

Salary: €45,000 - €57,000 (70/30 split)

What you will do

• Generate qualified meetings and sales pipeline through outbound prospecting within target accounts.
• Manage target account lists and drive comprehensive demand generation plans.
• Follow-up and qualify marketing-generated leads from website, SEM, webinars, and events.
• Maintain high daily activity levels across calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales and Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities.
• Track and manage all prospecting and nurturing activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant sales or prospecting experience.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cold calls and navigate enterprise accounts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Spain.
