What you will do
- Own service revenue for the assigned territory by managing renewal quotes and upselling service contracts.
- Cross-sell and upsell services with partners to build an incremental pipeline.
- Create proactive and reactive quotes, handle special pricing requests, and manage service sales promotions.
- Identify product upsell opportunities and hand off to account teams while collaborating internally to protect data integrity.
- Maintain accurate weekly forecasting, keep Salesforce data clean, and report on pipeline health.
Requirements
- Languages: Full fluency in English, Spanish, and French is essential.
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS/service sales or business development.
- Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with C-suite executives.
- Advanced Salesforce skills (including report creation/modification) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Mobility: readiness to travel up to 25% of the time.

- Experience with enterprise and public sector markets in France and Spain.
