What you will do

  • Own service revenue for the assigned territory by managing renewal quotes and upselling service contracts.
  • Cross-sell and upsell services with partners to build an incremental pipeline.
  • Create proactive and reactive quotes, handle special pricing requests, and manage service sales promotions.
  • Identify product upsell opportunities and hand off to account teams while collaborating internally to protect data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate weekly forecasting, keep Salesforce data clean, and report on pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Languages: Full fluency in English, Spanish, and French is essential.
  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS/service sales or business development.
  • Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with C-suite executives.
  • Advanced Salesforce skills (including report creation/modification) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Mobility: readiness to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • Background knowledge in networking and IT.
  • Experience with enterprise and public sector markets in France and Spain.
