What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic territory management.
  • Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver sales wins.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to RFP responses and final negotiations.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify uplift opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive lead generation and market presence.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene within Salesforce and Clari.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Austria.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the software or security industry.
  • Ability to lead and orchestrate virtual cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Strong proficiency in competitive positioning and value-based selling.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
