What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quota goals through strategic territory management.
- Lead virtual teams including presales, partner managers, and customer success to deliver sales wins.
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery and qualification to RFP responses and final negotiations.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify uplift opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to drive lead generation and market presence.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and sales hygiene within Salesforce and Clari.
Requirements
- Must be based in Austria.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the software or security industry.
- Ability to lead and orchestrate virtual cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
- Strong proficiency in competitive positioning and value-based selling.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for business engagements.
- Excellent communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
