Salary: $74,000 - $83,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Execute MRP-driven procurement by reviewing and acting on purchase recommendations.
• Maintain planning parameter accuracy through regular auditing of master data.
• Monitor MRP exception messages and resolve supply chain issues to prevent service misses.
• Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning workflows and data governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency with MRP and DRP systems.
• Understanding of the S&OP process.
• Ability to use PowerBI and standard office software.
• Must be able to work on-site in North Andover, MA three days per week.
