Salary: $50,000 - $75,000

What you will do

• Analyze demand forecasts and historical trends to identify supply risks.
• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with manufacturing capacity.
• Plan and release purchase orders for raw materials and components.
• Coordinate across demand planning, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Track and report on key performance indicators including service levels and inventory turns.
• Support S&OP and SIOP processes to ensure cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Hoffman Estates, IL.
• Proactive mindset for evaluating and applying AI solutions to improve processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Netsuite.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CSCP, CPIM).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
